The name REACTILE and the logos appearing on the site are registered by IMPLEX. Any use, reproduction or total or partial imitation of the name and logos without the agreement of IMPLEX will engage the responsibility of its author on the basis of articles L.713-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

D. Contractual limitations on technical data

The site uses Next.js, Typescript, PostgreSQL, HTML and SASS technologies.

The IMPLEX website cannot be held responsible for any material damage linked to the use of the site. The user of the site undertakes to access the site using recent, virus-free equipment with an up-to-date, latest-generation browser.

E. Limitation of liability

Visitors to the www.reactile.net website can use the “contact” area to send a request for information.

• a) IMPLEX reserves the right to delete any content posted in this area that infringes current legislation on data protection.
• b) IMPLEX reserves the right to call into question the civil and/or criminal liability of the user of the www.reactile.net site in the event of messages of a racist, defamatory or insulting nature.
